♥ Chinatown heritage centre & mint toy museum & river cruise
bleh. just had supper. omg. a plate of fried carrot cake+2 bbq chicken wing + satay + sugarcane.

ANYWAYS, 241109 :]]]]
went museum tour and a boat ride down singapore river with kong, suat and mak! and my plan to make everybody wear nicely to act classy failed bleh! yep, so everybody just ended up not wearing shorts and shirt/tanktops. blehbleh!
met at chinatown at 10. and we went subway for a very hearty breakfast! and down to the heritage centre!;D
1st stop: CHINATOWN HERITAGE CENTRE
dont have much pictures cos they are in mak's camera. (go her blog to see if you want!) but the exhibits and things inside were really quite spectacular. very cool;D
im forced to stand on this pit by mak. bleh.
then we went to macs at raffles city for a short break and off to our next destination!
2nd stop: MINT TOY MUSEUM
not the mint that makes coins, but the museum with vintage toys and cartoon characters! and like how "vintage" word is cool, the things in there are really cool and prettty. it's quite amazing to know how we can know our history stuff from the toys (all the propaganda, jap occupation, and blahblahstuff) and the bears on exhibit were really dam cute.
this amazing mickey mouse toy that cost US$ 35,000. which is dam crazy. accd to the man in the museum, it was auction off for 49,000 pounds some time ago. dam crazy. look at how mickey's face has evolved over generations manzzz! and if i din rmb wrongly, before mickey had its name "mickey", it was named "mortimer". lol!
this miniature car. made in italy in 1951 i think. had all its gears, all the parts in a real functioning car that we drive around now. cool right! we had all this high technology in the past already dont we? ;D l
and yeah. from the man in the museum. everyone knows "the beatles" but i dont think many knows about "monkees". monkees was formed to compete with the beatles, but somehow they werent very successful. hah!
then then then. bused down to clarke quay and that was when the most terrible thing happened. argh. i dropped the bookmark the bio o teacher gave. blah. the reward for my supposedly not bad result of the test, and argh, it's gone cos i dropped in on the bus. wtf.
but argh, wad's gone's gone. boo.
sat by the river and while the 3 of them were singing to older chinese songs (i.e. pri school era), i read my book and emoed about the bookmark. blaghzzxzxz.
i acted like a suagu throughout the boat ride cos, simply, i never sat on that boat before. lol. and the guy who's there to ensure everyone's safety allowed us to sit on the deck. i was totally dam happy okay!
imagine the wind blowing on you with no other obstructions i.e. the pillars in the boat!
imagine you are the only human on the river and when you scream, you can hear echoooo~!
imagine the world in your hands!
omggg. dam exhilarating? (i hope i used the right word-.-) ITS. SERIOUSLY. DAM. SHUANG. and i zihigh-ed along on the deck while kong, suat and mak just keep diao-ing me. and saying im a suagu. bleh!

the nice view i had while i was emoing. its really a awesome place to emo. HAHA.
yeappp. so walked back to central for dinner (for kakay and suat, cos me and mak ate earlier) and i became the retarded joker of the day. not a bad thing okaay! at least i brought ALOT OF JOY AND LAUGHTER. bleh.
and cos i was acting like a retard. so yeah. read mak's blog for the details lah. i dont want to say i stupid i was!

yahh. so the 2nd dinner just went on in the totally joyous and laughing mood;D
