the guy had terminal disease so he thought he should give up his love one, in the end make the girl so sad. zzZ!

i seriously dont think giving up is the best way lah, if they love each other, they will support each other what! make the rest of their life happy and more meaningful. so selfish to just give up the whole relationship. so torturous somemore! aiyooo!
